At 206 PM CDT, a severe thunderstorm was located 6 miles southwest of Tyler, moving southwest at 25 mph. HAZARD...60 mph wind gusts and quarter size hail. SOURCE...Radar indicated. IMPACT...Hail damage to vehicles is expected. Expect wind damage to roofs, siding, and trees. Locations impacted include... Tyler, Whitehouse, Bullard, Arp, Noonday and New Chapel Hill.

Seek shelter inside a well-built structure and stay away from windows. This storm is capable of producing damaging winds and large hail.
