At 1222 AM CDT, a severe thunderstorm was located 14 miles south of
Freer, moving east at 25 mph.
HAZARD...60 mph wind gusts and half dollar size hail.
SOURCE...Radar indicated.
IMPACT...Hail damage to vehicles is expected. Expect wind damage to
roofs, siding, and trees.

Rosita.
This includes US Highway 59 between mile markers 774 and 786.
Instruction:

building.
Continuous cloud to ground lightning is occurring with this storm.
