Anderson County in central Texas... * Until 630 PM CDT. * At 531 PM CDT, a severe thunderstorm was located 8 miles east of Coon Creek Lake, or 12 miles southeast of Athens, moving southeast at 15 mph. HAZARD...60 mph wind gusts and quarter size hail. SOURCE...Radar indicated. IMPACT...Hail damage to vehicles is expected. Expect wind damage to roofs, siding, and trees. * This severe thunderstorm will remain over mainly rural areas of Anderson County, including the following locations...
