Description:
At 1050 PM CDT, severe thunderstorms were located along a line
extending from near Dime Box to 7 miles south of Giddings to near
Muldoon, moving southeast at 40 mph.
HAZARD...70 mph wind gusts and quarter size hail.
SOURCE...Radar indicated.
IMPACT...Hail damage to vehicles is expected. Expect considerable
tree damage. Wind damage is also likely to mobile homes,
roofs, and outbuildings.

Bastrop, Giddings, La Grange, Smithville, Schulenburg, Flatonia,
Lexington, Shelby, Fayetteville, Dime Box, Round Top, Fedor, Circle
D-KC Estates, Rosanky, Paige, Muldoon, Tanglewood, Cistern, Lake
Somerville State Park & Trailway, and Upton.
Instruction:

building.
Continuous cloud to ground lightning is occurring with these storms.

be struck by lightning.
Torrential rainfall is occurring with these storms, and may lead to
flash flooding. Do not drive your vehicle through flooded roadways.
