Western Burnet County in south central Texas... * Until 830 PM CDT. * At 723 PM CDT, a severe thunderstorm was located near Castell, or 18 miles southwest of Llano, moving east at 35 mph. HAZARD...60 mph wind gusts and quarter size hail. SOURCE...Radar indicated. IMPACT...Hail damage to vehicles is expected. Expect wind damage to roofs, siding, and trees. * Locations impacted include... Kingsland, Llano, Round Mountain, Buchanan Dam, Gainesville, Granite Shoals, Horseshoe Bay, Buchanan Lake Village, Highland Haven, Castell, Field Creek, Inks Lake State Park, Blowout, Bluffton, Baby Head, Stolz, Crabapple, Oxford, Lone Grove, and Enchanted Rock State Natural Area.
