At 1229 AM CDT, severe thunderstorms were located along a line extending from 15 miles southeast of Fort Ewell Site to near Bruni to 12 miles west of San Ygnacio, moving southeast at 50 mph. HAZARD...60 mph wind gusts and quarter size hail. SOURCE...Radar indicated. IMPACT...Hail damage to vehicles is expected. Expect wind damage to roofs, siding, and trees. Locations impacted include... Laredo, Encinal, Rio Bravo, El Cenizo, Ranchitos Las Lomas, Mirando City, Bruni, Oilton, Fort Ewell Site, Callaghan, and Aguilares. This includes the following highways... Interstate 35 between mile markers 26 and 47. US Highway 59 between mile markers 778 and 818. US Highway 83 between mile markers 726 and 734.
