Northeastern Starr County in Deep South Texas... * Until 800 PM CDT. * At 705 PM CDT, a severe thunderstorm was located near Citrus City, or 7 miles south of Mccook, moving northeast at 40 mph. HAZARD...60 mph wind gusts and quarter size hail. SOURCE...Radar indicated. IMPACT...Hail damage to vehicles is expected. Expect wind damage to roofs, siding, and trees. * Locations impacted include... San Manuel, Mccook, Linn, Alton, Puerto Rico, Red Gate, Santa Catarina, Citrus City, La Gloria, and Josefa Garcia Park.
