Description:
At 1121 PM CDT, a severe thunderstorm was located near Otto, or 9
miles northeast of Marlin, moving southeast at 30 mph.
THIS IS A DESTRUCTIVE STORM FOR OTTO AND KOSSE...AND SURROUNDING
AREAS OF NORTHEAST FALLS COUNTY AND SOUTHWEST LIMESTONE COUNTY!!
HAZARD...Baseball size hail and 60 mph wind gusts.
SOURCE...Radar indicated.
IMPACT...People and animals outdoors will be severely injured.
Expect shattered windows, extensive damage to roofs,
siding, and vehicles.
Locations impacted include...
Marlin, Lake Limestone, Thornton, Kosse, Perry, Ben Hur, Otto,
Oletha, McClanahan, and Reagan.
Instruction:
A Tornado Watch remains in effect until 100 AM CDT for central Texas.
This is a dangerous storm. Prepare immediately for large destructive
hail capable of producing significant damage. Move to a shelter,
inside a strong building and away from windows.
