THIS IS A DESTRUCTIVE STORM FOR RIO VISTA...BLUM...COVINGTON...ITASCA...AND SURROUNDING AREAS OF SOUTHERN JOHNSON AND NORTHERN HILL COUNTIES!! HAZARD...Baseball size hail and 70 mph wind gusts.
