At 656 PM CDT, a severe thunderstorm was located over Cleburne, moving southeast at 35 mph. THIS IS A DESTRUCTIVE STORM FOR CLEBURNE...RIO VISTA...AND SURROUNDING AREAS OF SOUTHWEST JOHNSON COUNTY! HAZARD...Softball size hail and 70 mph wind gusts. SOURCE...Radar indicated. IMPACT...People and animals outdoors will be severely injured. Expect shattered windows, extensive damage to roofs, siding, and vehicles. Locations impacted include... Burleson, Cleburne, Keene, Joshua, Alvarado, Venus, Grandview, Godley, Cross Timber, Lake Pat Cleburne, Parker, Rio Vista, Briaroaks, Coyote Flats, Sand Flat, Egan, and Lillian.
