Description:
At 414 PM CDT, a severe thunderstorm was located 7 miles north of
Graford, or 14 miles southwest of Jacksboro, moving southeast at 30
mph.
HAZARD...Two inch hail and 60 mph wind gusts.
SOURCE...Trained weather spotters. At 412 PM CDT...two inch diameter
hail was reported near Bryson with this storm.
IMPACT...People and animals outdoors will be injured. Expect hail
damage to roofs, siding, windows, and vehicles. Expect wind
damage to roofs, siding, and trees.
Locations impacted include...
Mineral Wells, Graford, Possum Kingdom Lake, Perrin, Salesville,
Bartons Chapel, Oran, and Peadenville.
Instruction:
A Tornado Watch remains in effect until 900 PM CDT for north central
Texas.
