The National Weather Service in Amarillo has issued a Red Flag Warning for breezy and dry conditions, which is in effect from 1 PM to 8 PM CDT Saturday. A Fire Weather Watch has also been issued. This Fire Weather Watch for windy and dry conditions is in effect from Sunday afternoon through Sunday evening. * WINDS...For Saturday, southwest around 15 mph gusting up to 25 mph. For Sunday, west 25 to 35 mph with gusts up to 55 mph. * RELATIVE HUMIDITY...For Saturday, as low as 8 percent.
