For Friday, from 12 PM to 9 PM. * Wind...For today, southwest at 20 to 25 mph with gusts up to 35 mph. On Friday, southwest at 20 to 30 mph with gusts up to 40 mph. * Humidity...Ranging from 5 to 10 percent today, and ranging from 6 to 11 percent on Friday. * Fuels...Critically dry. * Impacts...Any fires that develop can spread rapidly. Outdoor burning is discouraged.
