Sandy Creek Near Kingsland affecting Llano County. * WHAT...Minor flooding is forecast. * WHERE...Sandy Creek near Kingsland. * WHEN...Until tomorrow morning. * IMPACTS...At 12.0 feet, Lowland flooding will threaten lowest boats at sandy harbor and sunrise beach at the lower end of sandy creek. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 5:00 PM CDT Thursday the stage was 8.4 feet. - Bankfull stage is 8.0 feet. - Forecast...The river will rise above flood stage to 12.3 feet this evening. It will then fall below flood stage this evening but could possibly remain above the bankfull stage of 8 feet through tomorrow afternoon. - Flood stage is 12.0 feet. - Flood History...This crest compares to a previous crest of 13.0 feet on 05/31/2016. - http://www.weather.gov/safety/flood
