* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall is expected. * WHERE...A portion of central Texas, including the following counties, Bosque and Hamilton. * WHEN...Until 430 AM CDT. * IMPACTS...Flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations is ongoing or imminent. Low-water crossings are inundated with water and may be impassable. It will take several hours for all the water from these storms to work through urban drainage systems. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to thunderstorms. Flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly in the warned area. Between 4 and 8 inches of rain have fallen. Additional rainfall amounts up to 0.5 inches are forecast. - Some locations that will experience flooding include... Hico, Iredell, Walnut Springs and Fairy.
Instruction: 
Turn around, don't drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood deaths occur in vehicles. Be especially cautious at night when it is harder to recognize the dangers of flooding.
