* WHAT...Urban area and small stream flooding caused by excessive rainfall is expected. * WHERE...A portion of southeast Texas, including the following county, Brazos. * WHEN...Until 1030 PM CDT. * IMPACTS...Flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations is imminent or occurring. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 857 PM CDT, local law enforcement reported heavy rain in Numerous roads flooded including along Texas Avenue and Villa Maria Road due to thunderstorms. Flooding is already occurring. Between 2 and 3 inches of rain have fallen. - Flooding impacts will continue, but no additional rainfall is expected. - Some locations that will experience flooding include...
