* WHAT...Urban area and small stream flooding caused by excessive rainfall continues. * WHERE...A portion of southeast Texas, including the following counties, Brazoria and Galveston. * WHEN...Until 645 PM CDT. * IMPACTS...Flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations is imminent or occurring. Streams continue to rise due to excess runoff from earlier rainfall. Water level gauge along Dickinson Bayou at SH 517 is showing out of bank conditions. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 530 PM CDT, Flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly in the warned area. Between 2 and 3.5 inches of rain have fallen. - Flooding impacts will continue, but no additional rainfall is expected. - Some locations that will experience flooding include...
