Description:
* WHAT...Urban area and small stream flooding caused by excessive
rainfall is expected.
* WHERE...A portion of southeast Texas, including the following
counties, Brazoria and Galveston.
* WHEN...Until 545 PM CDT.
* IMPACTS...Flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying
and flood-prone locations is imminent or occurring.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
- At 417 PM CDT, Doppler radar and automated rain gauges
indicated heavy rain due to thunderstorms. Flooding is
ongoing or expected to begin shortly in the warned area.
Between 2 and 3.5 inches of rain have fallen.
- Additional rainfall amounts up to 1 inch are possible in the
warned area.

Southeastern Pearland, League City, Texas City, Friendswood,
Alvin, Dickinson, La Marque, Santa Fe, Webster, Hitchcock,
southern Manvel, Iowa Colony, Hillcrest, Liverpool and
Chocolate Bayou.
