* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall is expected.
* WHERE...A portion of west central Texas, including the following
county, Runnels.
* WHEN...Until 745 PM CDT.
* IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
- At 443 PM CDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to
thunderstorms. Up to 1 inch of rain has fallen on areas that
received heavy rain last night, making it more likely for
flooding to occur. Minor flooding is ongoing or expected to
begin shortly in the advisory area.

Ballinger, Miles, Benoit, Hatchel, Rowena, Crews, Ballinger
Lake and Us-83 Near The Concho-Runnels County Line.
