Description:
* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall is expected.
* WHERE...A portion of west central Texas, including the following
counties, Brown and Coleman.
* WHEN...Until 700 PM CDT.
* IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
- At 355 PM CDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to
thunderstorms. Up to 1 inch of rain has fallen on areas that
are already saturated from heavy rainfall yesterday. This
lead to flooding occurring faster than normal. Minor flooding
is ongoing or expected to begin shortly in the advisory area.

Santa Anna, Bangs, Grosvenor, Lake Brownwood Near Thrifty,
Lake Brownwood, Burkett, Byrds, Lake Brownwood State Park,
Cross Cut, Gouldbusk, Voss, May, Leaday, Thrifty, Shields,
Fisk and Mozelle.
