Description:
* WHAT...Urban area and small stream flooding caused by excessive
rainfall is expected.
* WHERE...Northwestern Falls County in central Texas...
McLennan County in central Texas...
* WHEN...Until 530 AM CDT.
* IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas. Some
low-water crossings may become impassable.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
- At 213 AM CDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to
thunderstorms. This will cause urban and small stream flooding.
Between 1 and 2 inches of rain have fallen.
- Additional rainfall amounts of 1 to 2 inches are expected over
the area. This additional rain will result in minor flooding.

Waco, Hewitt, Robinson, Bellmead, Woodway, Lacy-Lakeview,
McGregor, West, Mart, Beverly Hills, Lorena, Bruceville-Eddy,
Moody, Riesel, Golinda, Hallsburg, Lake Waco, Northcrest, Lake
Creek Lake and Tradinghouse Creek Reservoir.

Instruction:
Turn around, don't drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood
deaths occur in vehicles.
