Description:
* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall is expected.
* WHERE...A portion of west central Texas, including the following
county, Fisher.
* WHEN...Until 715 PM CDT.
* IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas.
Street flooding in Rotan and Roby. Water over roadways.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
- At 514 PM CDT, radar indicated showers and thunderstorms with
heavy rain moving slowly north across central and western
parts of Fisher County. Heavy rain has fallen over this area
during the past couple of days, and additional rainfall of 1
to 2 inches will cause minor flooding, especially in low-
lying and poor drainage areas. Minor flooding is ongoing or
expected to begin shortly in the advisory area.

The Fisher-Scurry County Line and Gannon.

SH 70 crossing The Draw Southeast of Rotan, US 180 crossing 7
miles west of Roby, FM 611 crossing 1 mile west of Rotan and
FM 611 crossing 7 miles west of Rotan.
