Description:
* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall is expected.
* WHERE...Southeastern Cameron County in deep south Texas...
* WHEN...Until 615 PM CDT.
* IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas.
Water over roadways. Ponding of water in urban or other areas is
occurring or is imminent.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
- At 408 PM CDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to
thunderstorms. Minor flooding is ongoing or expected to begin
shortly in the advisory area. Between 1 and 2.5 inches of rain
have fallen.
- Additional rainfall amounts up to 2 inches are expected over the
area. This additional rain will result in minor flooding.

School, Gonzalez Elementary School, El Jardin Elementary School,
Perkins Middle School, North Brownsville Little League,
Brownsville South Padre Island International Airport, Villa
Pancho, Bayview and Del Mar Heights.

Instruction:

deaths occur in vehicles.
