* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall is expected. * WHERE...A portion of south central Texas, including the following counties, Bandera and Kendall. * WHEN...Until 1230 AM CDT. * IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 922 PM CDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to thunderstorms. Minor flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly in the advisory area. Up to 2 inches of rain have fallen. - Additional rainfall amounts up to 1.5 inches are expected over the area. This additional rain will result in minor flooding. - Some locations that will experience flooding include... Boerne, Bandera, Walnut Grove, Nelson City, Welfare, Kreutzberg, Waring, Sisterdale, Kronkosky State Natural Area, Pipe Creek, Kendalia, Lakehills and Crown. - http://www.weather.gov/safety/flood
