* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall is expected. * WHERE...A portion of west central Texas, including the following counties, Brown, Callahan, Coleman, Mason, McCulloch and San Saba. * WHEN...Until 730 PM CDT. * IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 424 PM CDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to thunderstorms. Minor flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly in the advisory area. Between 0.5 and 1.5 inches of rain have fallen. - Some locations that will experience flooding include... Brownwood, San Saba, Early, Mason, Richland Springs, Algerita, Cherokee, Bangs, Cross Plains, Blanket, Skeeterville, Elm Grove, Placid, Sloan, Mercury, Rochelle, Winchell, Brookesmith, Voca and Fredonia. - This includes the following Low Water Crossings...
