* Until 1015 PM CDT.
* At 705 PM CDT, the public reported thunderstorms producing heavy
rain across the warned area. Up to 1.4 inches of rain have fallen.
Flash flooding is already occurring.
HAZARD...Flash flooding caused by thunderstorms.

IMPACT...Flash flooding of small creeks and streams, urban
areas, highways, streets and underpasses as well as
other poor drainage and low-lying areas.

Instruction:
Turn around, don't drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood
deaths occur in vehicles.
Stay away or be swept away. River banks and culverts can become
unstable and unsafe.

matter of minutes, even from distant rainfall.
