Western Throckmorton County in west central Texas... * Until 330 AM CDT. * At 1217 AM CDT, Radar indicated numerous showers and thunderstorms with very heavy rain repeatedly tracking north across eastern Haskell and western Throckmorton Counties. Radar estimates that 2 to 4 inches has occurred across the warned area, and an additional 1 to 2 inches is expected with localized higher amounts. Flash flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly. HAZARD...Life threatening flash flooding. Thunderstorms producing flash flooding. SOURCE...Radar. IMPACT...Life threatening flash flooding of creeks and streams, urban areas, highways, streets and underpasses. * Some locations that will experience flash flooding include...
