Western Shackelford County in west central Texas... * Until 145 AM CDT. * At 1143 PM CDT, Doppler radar indicated thunderstorms with very heavy rain repeatedly tracking northeast across much of the western half of Shackelford County. Rainfall since 9 PM of 2 to 4 inches has occurred in western Shackelford County. An additional 1 to 2 inches of rain is expected, and this will cause flash flooding. HAZARD...Life threatening flash flooding. Thunderstorms producing flash flooding. SOURCE...Radar.
