Description: 
At 747 PM CDT, radar indicated showers and a few lingering thunderstorms producing moderate rain across the warned area. The Fisher County Sheriff Office reported flooding on Highway 92 east of Rotan at 629 PM. Radar estimates that rainfall of 2 to 3 inches, with up to 3.5 inches, occurred along a swath from northeast of Rotan to west of Roby to Capitola and west of Gannon. With ongoing moderate rain, flash flooding could be occurring in these areas. HAZARD...Life threatening flash flooding. Thunderstorms producing flash flooding. SOURCE...Radar. IMPACT...Life threatening flash flooding of creeks and streams, urban areas, highways, streets and underpasses. Some locations that will experience flash flooding include... Rotan, Roby, Longworth, Busby, Capitola and Gannon. This includes the following Low Water Crossings... SH 70 crossing The Draw Southeast of Rotan, US 180 crossing 7 miles west of Roby and FM 611 crossing 1 mile west of Rotan.
