Description: 
At 1057 PM CDT, rain was ending over the warned area. However, runoff from earlier heavy rainfall of up to 1.7 inches in west Lubbock will continue to create flooding impacts, especially in poor drainage areas. Little to no additional rainfall is expected. HAZARD...Flash flooding caused by thunderstorms. SOURCE...Radar and automated gauges. IMPACT...Flash flooding of small creeks and streams, urban areas, highways, streets and underpasses as well as other poor drainage and low-lying areas. Some locations that will experience flash flooding include... Western areas of Lubbock and Reese Center.
