Western Garza County in northwestern Texas... * Until 730 PM CDT. * At 654 PM CDT, a wall of dust was along a line extending from 6 miles north of Grassland to 7 miles east of O'Donnell, moving east at 45 mph. HAZARD...Near zero visibility with damaging wind in excess of 60 mph. SOURCE...Doppler radar. IMPACT...Dangerous life-threatening travel. Locations impacted include... Post and Grassland. This also includes US-380 between Tahoka and Post and US-84 in Garza County.
