The National Weather Service in Lubbock Texas has issued a

Eastern Lynn County in northwestern Texas...
Western Garza County in northwestern Texas...
* Until 730 PM CDT.
* At 654 PM CDT, a wall of dust was along a line extending from 6
miles north of Grassland to 7 miles east of O'Donnell, moving east
at 45 mph.
HAZARD...Near zero visibility with damaging wind in excess of 60
mph.
SOURCE...Doppler radar.
IMPACT...Dangerous life-threatening travel.
Locations impacted include...
Post and Grassland. This also includes US-380 between Tahoka and
Post and US-84 in Garza County.
Instruction:
Dust storms lead to dangerous driving conditions with visibility
reduced to near zero. If driving, avoid dust storms if possible. If
caught in one, pull off the road, turn off your lights and keep your
foot off the brake.
Motorists should not drive into a dust storm. PULL ASIDE STAY ALIVE!
Strong to severe thunderstorms are also possible behind this wall of
