Central Dallam County in the Panhandle of Texas...
North central Hartley County in the Panhandle of Texas...
* Until 915 PM CDT.
* At 813 PM CDT, a dust channel was 16 miles northeast of Ware, or 22
miles north of Dalhart, moving south at 20 mph.
HAZARD...Less than one mile visibility with strong wind in excess
of 40 mph.
SOURCE...Satellite and webcam observation.
IMPACT...Hazardous travel.
* An area of blowing dust is being tracked on satellite moving south
around 20 to 25 mph and is expected to impact the Dalhart area as
well as the 385 highway over the next hour. Estimated time of
arrival at Dalhart is around 9 PM.

Instruction:
Blowing dust brings reduced visibility, leading to dangerous driving
conditions. If driving, avoid blowing dust if possible. If caught in
dense blowing dust, pull off the road, turn off your lights and keep
