At 1256 AM CDT, Doppler radar was tracking a strong thunderstorm near Chestnut Bluff, or 15 miles east of Ripley, moving east at 55 mph. HAZARD...Winds in excess of 30 mph and half inch hail. SOURCE...Radar indicated. IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around unsecured objects. Minor hail damage to vegetation is possible. Locations impacted include... Humboldt, Trenton, Alamo, Dyer, Halls, Chestnut Bluff, Forked Deer, Eaton, Medina, Maury City, Friendship, Gates, Gadsden, Gibson, Tuckers Corner, Grizzard, Hawkinsville, Quincy, Gibson Wells, and Good Luck.
