At 259 PM CDT, Doppler radar was tracking a strong thunderstorm 8 miles northeast of Shelbyville, moving east at 15 mph. HAZARD...Wind gusts up to 40 mph. SOURCE...Radar indicated. IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around unsecured objects. Locations impacted include... Shelbyville, Wartrace, Bell Buckle, and Normandy. This includes Interstate 24 between mile markers 98 and 107.
