At 836 PM CDT, Doppler radar was tracking a strong thunderstorm over Fairview, or near Humboldt, moving southeast at 30 mph. HAZARD...Wind gusts of 50 to 55 mph and nickel size hail. SOURCE...Radar indicated. IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around unsecured objects. Minor hail damage to vegetation is possible. Locations impacted include... Jackson, Humboldt, Milan, Lexington, Fairview, Three Way, Blue Goose, Jacks Creek, Mifflin, Bargerton, Parkers Crossroads, Carroll, Medina, Gibson, Hickory Flat, Cedar Grove, Beech Bluff, Union Cross, Juno, and Gilmore. This includes Interstate 40 in Tennessee between mile markers 78 and 107.
