near Winchester, moving east at 50 mph.
HAZARD...60 mph wind gusts.

IMPACT...Expect damage to roofs, siding, and trees.
Locations impacted include...
Winchester, Decherd, Estill Springs, Cowan, Sewanee, Tims Ford Lake,
Lexie Crossroads, Harmony, St. Andrews, and Woods Reservoir.
Instruction:

a building.
Continuous cloud to ground lightning is occurring with this storm.
