Between 3 and 5 inches of rain have fallen. Flooding impacts will continue, but no additional rainfall is expected. Flooding is already occurring. Highway 160 is closed in parts of the warned area. HAZARD...Flash flooding caused by heavy rain. SOURCE...Law enforcement reported.
