IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around unsecured objects. Locations impacted include... Richwood, Marlinton, Cass Scenic Railroad, Green Bank, Snowshoe, Hillsboro, Dunmore, Arbovale, Cranberry Mountain Nature Center, Slaty Fork, Minnehaha Springs, Frost, Boyer, Edray, and Buckeye.
