Description:
At 216 PM EDT, Doppler radar was tracking strong thunderstorms along
a line extending from 9 miles south of Tangier to 8 miles west of
Nassawadox to near Cape Charles. Movement was northeast at 60 mph.
HAZARD...Wind gusts up to 50 mph.
SOURCE...Radar indicated.
IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down small trees and blow around
unsecured objects. Wind impacting handling of high profile
vehicles.

Nassawadox around 225 PM EDT.
Exmore around 230 PM EDT.
Onancock, Onley, and Willis Wharf around 235 PM EDT.

Other locations impacted by these storms include Hallwood, Harborton,
Melfa, Mappsville, Eastville, Saxis, Franktown, Wallops Island,
Temperanceville, and Nelsonia.
