At 503 PM CDT, Doppler radar was tracking gusty showers along a line extending from 15 miles northeast of Vigo Park to 9 miles south of Brownfield. Movement was east at 40 mph. HAZARD...Wind gusts of 50 to 55 mph under virga showers. Isolated wind gusts in excess of 60 mph are possible. SOURCE...Radar indicated. IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around unsecured objects. Locations impacted include... Lubbock, Slaton, Post, Floydada, Abernathy, Tahoka, Memphis, Crosbyton, Silverton, Turkey, Lake Alan Henry, Caprock Canyon State Park, White River Lake, Wolfforth, Idalou, Ralls, Lockney, Petersburg, Lorenzo, and Ransom Canyon.
