At 115 AM EDT, Doppler radar was tracking strong thunderstorms along a line extending from near Rio Grande to Ceredo. Movement was east at 50 mph. HAZARD...Wind gusts up to 50 mph. SOURCE...Radar indicated. IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around unsecured objects. Locations impacted include... Huntington, Ashland, Point Pleasant, Gallipolis, Winfield, Hamlin, Rio Grande, Chesapeake, Proctorville, Beech Fork State Park, Hurricane, Barboursville, Kenova, Milton, Eleanor, Ceredo, Buffalo, Ona, Culloden, and Teays Valley. This includes Interstate 64 in West Virginia between mile markers 1 and 39.
