Description:
At 836 PM EDT, Doppler radar was tracking a strong thunderstorm 9
miles southeast of Brevard, or near Caesars Head State Park, moving
northeast at 40 mph.
HAZARD...Wind gusts up to 40 mph and pea size hail.
SOURCE...Radar indicated.
IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around
unsecured objects. Minor hail damage to outdoor objects is
possible.
Locations impacted include...
Hendersonville, Brevard, Columbus, Flat Rock, Etowah, Landrum,
Slater-Marietta, Mountain Home, Laurel Park, and Tryon.
