At 214 PM EDT, Doppler radar was tracking a cluster of strong thunderstorms along a line extending from Scotland Neck to near Fremont. Movement was northeast at 35 mph. HAZARD...Wind gusts of 50 to 55 mph. SOURCE...Radar indicated. IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around unsecured objects. Locations impacted include... Tarboro, Princeville, Pinetops, Stantonsburg, Pikeville, Macclesfield, Saratoga, Hobgood, Conetoe, and Eureka. This includes NC Highway 264 between Mile Markers 48 and 56.
