IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around unsecured objects. Locations impacted include... Smithfield, Clayton, Benson, Selma, Four Oaks, Pine Level, Coats Crossroads, and Flowers. This includes the following highways... Interstate 95 between Mile Markers 98 and 79. Interstate 40 between Mile Markers 311 and 330.
