rapidly reduce visibility.
LOCATION AND MOVEMENT...At 829 AM EDT, a band of moderate to heavy
snow and graupel was along a line extending from Sharon Springs to
near Sanitaria Springs and moving east at 30 MPH.
LOCATIONS IMPACTED INCLUDE...
Oneonta, Sidney, Walton, Davenport, Sanford, Worcester, Middlefield,
Maryland, Westville, and Kortright.
