Description:
At 1153 PM CDT, Doppler radar was tracking strong thunderstorms along
a line extending from Union to near White Oak to near Shivers.
Movement was east at 40 mph.
HAZARD...Wind gusts up to 50 mph.
SOURCE...Radar indicated.
IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around
unsecured objects.
Locations impacted include...
Magee, Newton, Union, Decatur, Bay Springs, Raleigh, Collinsville,
Conehatta, Taylorsville, Nellieburg, Meridian Station, Hickory, Mize,
Chunky, Lake, Louin, Montrose, Sylvarena, Homewood, and Suqualena.
Instruction:

A Tornado Watch remains in effect until 400 AM CDT for central and
east central Mississippi.
