Description:
Brief periods of heavy snow will affect northeast North Dakota and
northwest Minnesota this afternoon and evening. These conditions
are associated with pockets of moderate to heavy snow moving
across the region. Persons and vehicles across this area can
expect conditions to suddenly deteriorate to extremely poor
visibility for brief periods of time. These conditions will
continue through this evening. Rapid changes in visibility and
difficult travel conditions may lead to accidents. If you are
traveling in these conditions, reduce your speed and turn on
headlights. Don't slam on brakes.
