Description:
Fog is most widespread early this morning in the area around
Wahpeton and Hankinson ND area east to Fergus Falls and Elbow Lake
MN. Visibilities in some areas are below one quarter of a mile.
Pockets of dense fog may also extend north into parts of Clay
county, Barnesville and Hawley and into western Becker county
near Detroit Lakes.
