Description:
Areas of fog will persist through early this evening before
increasing winds and rainfall help to improve visibility later
tonight. Some of this fog will continue to be locally dense with
visibility down to 1/4 mile or less at times. Motorists should
use caution and be prepared for rapid reductions in visibility.
