At 304 PM CDT, Doppler radar was tracking strong thunderstorms along a line extending from St. Joseph to 6 miles south of Carpenter to near Sontag. Movement was north at 40 mph. HAZARD...Wind gusts up to 50 mph. SOURCE...Radar indicated. IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around unsecured objects. Strong thunderstorms will be near... Hazlehurst, Newellton, Lake Bruin, Dentville, Gallman, Carpenter, and Rocky Springs around 310 PM CDT. Crystal Springs and Utica around 315 PM CDT. Georgetown, Hopewell, Reganton, and Yokena around 320 PM CDT. Vicksburg, Learned, Dry Grove, Somerset, and Le Tourneau around 325 PM CDT. Terry, Harrisville, Newman, and Afton around 330 PM CDT. Whites around 335 PM CDT. Other locations impacted by these storms include Delta and Richmond.
